A letter from our CEO

I started Compound Growth Marketing 5 years ago after spending the first 12 years of my career working in-house at companies like LogMeIn, Monster.com and Workable. I was brought into companies to help them build sustainable, predictable growth to help drive revenue.

The challenge I had when working in-house was that when I hired agencies, they didn't take accountability for down-funnel results. They tossed leads over to us, but bragged about lower CPLs, not more efficient pipeline acquisition.

So we set out to build a firm that has a deep understanding of the sales and marketing process. From the beginning, we've focused on funnel economics to understand the impact of our top of funnel strategies.

Since we have deep knowledge, we know that building strong, leading indicators are critical. We firmly believe that top of funnel momentum drives down funnel conversion.

In my roles as a VP of Demand Generation and VP of Marketing, I got to see first hand the challenges that companies face with measuring impact of marketing campaigns.
